In 1996, Nina Beucler became a certified Kripalu
yoga teacher. She has been teaching a variety of wellness programs for
over 20 years, and her personal yoga practice spans almost 30 years. Nina focuses on individual needs with a strong
emphasis on posture and alignment. You will increase your flexibility,
strengthen your immune system, restore and revitalize. Nina’s classes are unique, non-competitive and
fun. Modifications are suggested and you are encouraged to work at your level. |
