The UNIT soldier is one of the Power Team/World Peacekeeper action figures. I find these at KB Toys. The sweater on this one looks pretty good, with patches on the shoulders and elbows, even if it's a bit darker than standard UNIT fare. The monster is a Yeti from a GI Joe pack.
This set up was inspired by the Big Finish audio "Invaders from Mars," where Charley gets captured by some gangsters. The "Don" is Gomez from Mattel's Addams Family set. The Zoot suits came from Janine's Doll Designs.
