Asset Tracking System.
Scope
:
Contracted to develop
an enterprise asset tracking system in ASP.NET for TEA to track hardware
and software assets during the Department of Information Resource’s
statewide Data Consolidation.

Tasks/Duties :
 |
During the design phase, worked with the development team to ensure
testability, reliability, usability, maintainability and performance
by
documenting website processes and workflow, identifying cross
functional and organizational process improvement opportunities. |
 |
Created and
organized original user and system requirements into use cases in UML
diagrams and system user interface diagrams. |
 |
Wrote clear, concise
detailed system requirements specification (SRS) documents in
accordance to TEA’s guidelines and standards at a level where
developers designed and developed the application. |
 |
Wrote test plan and executed various levels of
Unit, Integration,
User Acceptance and Operational Acceptance
testing using test cases
to prove that the system conform to specifications of business and
quality requirements. |
 |
Prepared internal
and external procedures and conducted classroom training on the use of
the system and process. |
