Application
Scope
:
Contracted to develop an online
provider enrollment application enabling Medicaid providers to prepare
enrollment applications electronically. Tasked with documenting business
and system requirements and designing an online Medicaid application.

Tasks/Duties :

Organized and facilitated customers and internal stakeholders conducting
requirements gathering sessions with the purpose of defining the
functional business and system requirements.

Coordinated daily team activities to ensure project schedule remained
on target. |

During the design phase, worked with the development team to ensure
testability, reliability, usability, maintainability and performance
of an online
Medicaid application.

Created standardized forms in Adobe Form Designer, an eForm solution for creating,
and deploying
electronic forms enabling users to prepare, save and submit Medicaid applications. |
 |
Prepared routine reports on the progress of assigned tasks,
identifying and resolving project constraints. |
 |
Prepared test plan and executed all levels of
Unit, Integration,
User Acceptance and Regression
testing using test cases
to endure that the forms conformed to specifications of business
requirements.
