Developed an
enterprise grant application system transforming the State of Texas
paper application process to an automated system saving the Texas
Education Agency hundreds of thousands dollars
in resources, time,
effort, materials (primarily paper), postage, and storage space. |

Orbital Technologies, Inc:
Developed a Customer Relationship Database (CRM) in MS Access to
monitor customer contacts. |

 |
Texas School Performance Review: Conducted a
management and performance review of four Texas school districts for
the Texas Comptrollers Office, prepared a report identifying the
district’s exemplary programs, as well as suggested concrete ways to
improve district business and instructional operations.

Aransas County
Independent School District: Made improvement recommendations that
could result in net savings of more than

Independent School District: Improvement recommendations to improve

aged accounts receivable by 76%,
reduced days sales outstanding (DSO) from 179

playing integral role in increasing annual volume of loans under
management from $20 million to
