Texas Education Agency: Developed an enterprise grant application system transforming the State of Texas paper application process to an automated system saving the Texas Education Agency hundreds of thousands dollars in resources, time, effort, materials (primarily paper), postage, and storage space.

Orbital Technologies, Inc: Developed a Customer Relationship Database (CRM) in MS Access to monitor customer contacts.

Texas School Performance Review: Conducted a management and performance review of four Texas school districts for the Texas Comptrollers Office, prepared a report identifying the district’s exemplary programs, as well as suggested concrete ways to improve district business and instructional operations.

Texas Education Agency: Made process improvement recommendations to save the agency $272,000 a year.

Tivoli Systems: Reduced the aged accounts receivable by 76%, reduced days sales outstanding (DSO) from 179 to 97 days and reduced human capital by 25%.

	Re-engineered business processes;
	Implemented company-wide policies;
	Designed and implemented a custom SAP centralized disputes management module to track and assist accounts receivable employees in reducing unpaid customer invoices;
	Implemented a credit management module in SAP to conduct new order credit reviews and facilitate Tivoli’s entry into middle markets and lowering overall risks; and
	Implemented employee evaluation methods to significantly improve productivity.

Vectris Communications: Developed a Quality Plan to enhance improvement efforts and yield significant quantifiable improvements to cost, customer satisfaction, and lead-times. Played an instrumental role in developing and launching the retail Internet services as part of a product group.

Autobond Acceptance Corporation: Recognized for playing integral role in increasing annual volume of loans under management from $20 million to $200 million.

	Increased productivity by more than 300% by designing a MS Access database tracking system and composing departmental procedures to improve staff efficiency as a Senior Manager.
	Negotiated and collected $10 million in denied defaulted insurance claims. Assisted in the management of two system-conversion projects to advance technology and enhance productivity.
	Led a recruitment project at various college career fairs.
	Collected on 75% of all deficiency judgments as the Bankruptcy Coordinator.

Independent: Wrote three successful business plans for SBA loan applications. Defined requirements, selected, and implemented services to outsource accounting and payroll administration for two startup organizations.
