Sitting Pretty, Acrylic on canvas, 16"W x 20"H

Sitting Pretty was completed in late 1994 and delivered to the gallery on November 14, 1994. It incorporates shades of Rick's favorite color, yellow, and his use of a cubist-oriented style. Also delivered at the same time were two small ceramic vases Santa and Christmas Trees.

Also delivered to Art Encounter on November 14, 1994 were: Vase des fleurs, a 16"x20" acrylic on canvas piece which was sold to a gallery client in August 1995; Free Falling, a 16"x20" acrylic on canvas piece depicting stick-figured people descending from puffy white clouds against a sky-blue background (sold January 1995).

In early December 1994 Rick would deliver Doves of Peace, a ceramic vase, to the gallery. The vase would be purchased by a client that same month. Due to changes in health, Rick would not deliver another work of art to the gallery until July 12, 1995.
