Lady in Waiting, Acrylic & plaster on canvas, 24"W x 36"H, 1991

Lady in Waiting, another of the "spackled" women, was also completed and exhibited at Art Encounter in 1991. The painting was exhibited at Austin's Shivers Cancer Center in November, 1995 as part of the Center's Healing Arts Program.

Lady in Waiting was purchased by a gallery client on November 17, 2001.

Ritá, Acrylic on canvas, 11"W x 14"H, 1991

Ritá was completed in 1991 and purchased by an Art Encounter client in 1992. The painting is named after the oh-so-proper real estate agent who sold us our first home in Dallas. She pronounced her name with the accent on the last syllable, i.e. re-TAH.
