Dyno Run #1 - January 2003

  • Upper set of lines are HP figures, at the wheel (note: initial, yellow is another owner's bike, since when my bike was tested, it already had the Staintunes installed)

  • Middle set of lines are torque results.

  • Lower set of lines near 0 are CO% (leanness/richness)

  • Final HP (not shown):  100.3

  • Dyno runs and mods done by AF1 Racing, Austin, TX, on an Factory Pro EC997 eddy-current dyno.

  • Colors:

  A dead stock 2001 with the 2002 stock map loaded by the dealer.
  2001, with Staintunes and baffles, no airbox restrictor, standard initial exhause collector.
  Same as red, without the baffles and no ECU reprogram
  Same as blue, with an early reprogrammed map, using the Tuneboy Sagem ECU mapping software

Dyno Run #3 - Approx. Sept. 2003

  • Dyno run done at AF1 Racing, Austin, TX, on an Factory Pro EC997 eddy-current dyno (same as run #1).
  • Setup same as #1, except the initial exhaust collector is replaced with a h-pipe designed by AF1 Racing.
