Here is a perspective view of the Message Relay Base.  Notice the size of the base, it sits on 6 baseplates.  The model consists of several component structures centered around a central hanger.

This top down view shows the layout pretty well.  Notice the elevated landing pad on the bottom left and the command dome on the right.

From this view it easy to make out the structure of the command dome, hanger, and barracks.  The transport rail connects the landing pad with the hanger.
