Well, I made the plunge. I had Lasik done in May, 2000. I have moderately dry eyes, so the healing wasn't fun. But the glasses are gone! The healing took about 8 months, because of my dry eyes. If you have dry eyes, do some research. Even though... It's nice to see the clock in the morning.
