pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this NES Software, Inc.
product, even if NES Software, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In particular, we make no claims that the provided CPT codes and ICD-9 Codes are accurate
nor updated. Furthermore, we assume no responsibility in the event of any loss of data or
consequences thereof.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with
non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the
program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
