Here are some pictures from the back yard roller coaster project I've been working on.   The track is built from 2" PVC pipe and the car is made using roller blade wheels and is constructed very similar to a real roller coaster with four wheels that ride on top of the track and four wheels that ride on the outside of the track to provide guidance.
