Recipe Submission Guidelines

You have two choices for submitting recipes. You can create the recipe page yourself, or you can e-mail me (Lisa) the recipe and I'll create the page for you. To create it yourself, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • All pages should be portrait (vertical) 8 1/2' x 11'
  • Please leave a 1" margin on the left side to accomodate the holes for binding
  • Recipes may be either typed or hand-written (sometimes it's nice to have something to remember people's handwriting)
  • If you would like a PDF created for easy printing, just ask, I can do it for you!

Whether creating the page yourself or merely submitting the recipe, please consider these additions that will add character to the cookbook:

  • Photos (I can scan any photos and will return them)
  • Drawings, especially child's drawings (see above note regarding photos)
  • Personal comment
