Brian Elmore is coach for Lone star Pole vaulting club and Asst Womens coach at the University of Texas. He volunteers his time to help all in the district and other districts with pole vaulting. He was named Coach of the Year in 2005-Jeff Truman Memorial Pole Vault Summitship. He coach several state champions and national champions

Coach Bligh is the Head boys cross country coach and is volunteer coaching the distance runners. He is a former McNeil cross country and track Letterman. His cross country team in 1993 place third in the State Cross country Meet. He teaches Junior English.
