September 4 - April 7 : minimum 2 nights: $225/night
April 8 - September 3 : minimum 2 nights: $265/night
Holiday Schedule : minimum 3 nights : $275/night
Holiday Schedule Exceptions:
Memorial Day Weekend 3 night minimum: $300/night
Fourth of July Weekend 6 night minimum: $300/night
Labor Day Weekend 3 night minimum: $300/night
Thanksgiving Weekend 4 night minimum: $300/night
New Years Week 6 night minimum: $300/night

There is a minimum 2 night rental for all bookings except as stated above ~
Each renter must also pay a $60 cleaning fee regardless of the length of the
rental ~ Rates are subject to change without notice, but will not be increased
once your deposit is received. Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00
AM.
Deposits
A deposit to hold the reservation date is equal to 50% of the rental fee. We
will confirm your reservation via e-mail or phone once your deposit has been
received.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If cancellation
notice is given at least 60 days prior to the rental period, a full refund will
be given, less 10%. If it is less than 60 days prior to the rental period, the
deposit will be refunded, less 10%, ONLY if we are able to re-rent the property
for the same number of days as your reservation.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is $250. This covers "normal wear". It does not cover negligent
wear or excessive cleaning. After your stay, an inspection will be made and
any damage, except normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit.
Security deposit is refunded once inspection is complete and the keys have been
returned. If furniture is moved, dishes are not all put away, air conditioner
/ heat not left at request temp., doors/windows left unlocked, and trash is
not all placed in the trash can at the top of the driveway, you will be charged
an extra $25 per occurance.
Cleaning Fee
The Cleaning Fee covers vacuuming carpets/sweeping and mopping
floors, washing towels and linens, and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. We do not have a maid service. The house is expected to be
left clean: all dishes clean and put away, no food left other than condiments
and spices, counters should be left clean. Since limited time exists between
guests, we appreciate you doing laundry as needed during your stay and starting
a load of sheets/towels prior to your departure.

Telephone & Internet Access
Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone
credit card or major credit card.
Smoking and Pets Are Not Permitted! Sorry, no exceptions.
