What's There: We have rafts, games, TV/VCR (cable TV is seasonal), and a PADDLE BOAT (be sure to bring LIFE JACKETS - there MAY be some in downstairs closet)… please leave them in the same condition in which you found them!

Phone: There is a phone, however, you won't be able to make any toll or long distance calls (including to Austin) without a CALLING CARD! You will be able to receive calls.

Extras: BBQ (charcoal), outside chairs and tables, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, some spices/condiments, 1 high chair, fireplace, central air and heat, washer and dryer

Shopping: There is an HEB in Burnet only 15 minutes away, so don't feel you need to bring everything… you won't be too stranded from society!

Sleeping Accomodations: We have 1 king, 1 queen, 4full, 1 twin, 1 sofa-bed. You may use our linens and towels, or bring your own.

What to bring (a few suggestions): Water shoes, appropriate clothes, food/drinks, sunscreen, young child floats (for safety) sleeping bags if needed, camera and film, bottled water (we are on a well), paper plates/cups/napkins/paper towels, laundry detergent (this is provided for supplied linens), fabric softener, fishing license and gear (Red Top bait shop is on your way just before 2341), or go to gas station/corner store located a few miles past our turnoff on 2341 (they have snacks, ATM, bait, etc)

General Rules: Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING. If you must smoke, please do it outside safely. Don't bring glass outside. Use paper, plastic, or cans. Don't put anything down the sink except liquids- we don't have a garbage disposal. We have a very old septic system! Please use the toilet paper provided, and dispose of only toilet products in it. If you need to buy toilet paper, please be sure it says "safe for septic systems". Use the central air, but please don't run it too cold if you're gone all day! Set at 85 in summer, or 55 in winter when gone for long periods or upon check out.
