| This view of Earth was captured by the Cassini spacecraft from its orbit of Saturn on September 15, 2006. At the time it was nearly 930,000,000 miles (1.4 light hours) from Earth. Cassini imaged a faint dot on the right of the above photograph. That dot is expanded on the image inset, where a slight elongation in the direction of Earth's Moon is visible.
