How to Order: 1.  All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

                           2.  COLD CREEK FOSSILS accepts personal and company checks, money orders, cashier 
                                checks within the U.S or Credit Card payments via PayPal.  Shipments to new customers may
                                be held until the check clears.  Payment by Money Order, Cashier Check or PayPal will
                                expedite the shipment. Be sure and make any Check or Money Order out to D. O. Harlow
                                not Cold Creek Fossils.  Make PayPal payments to: dharlow@austin.rr.com. 

                           3.  Return check fee is $25.00.

                           5.  Please send an E-Mail to dharlow@austin.rr.com and include the following: 

                                               a.)  The specimen number or numbers you are interested in. 

                                               b.)  Your shipping address and preferred shipping method.  Please note if
                                                     insurance is desired or any other special requirements. 

                           6.  Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the specimen.  Please send a
                                request for a price total including shipping.  Overnight or special shipping can be arranged. 
                                Insurance is not included, but is highly recommended.  Once the specimen is shipped,
                                Cold Creek Fossils is not responsible for loss or damage incured during transit.  Please
                                note in your shipping instructions via E-mail if you wish to purchase insurance and the
                                cost will be added to the shipping charges.  Insurance is $2 minimum and this covers up
                                to $100.  Additional insurance is $1 per $100 value.  All specimens will be packaged 
                                with the best material and methods possible to help prevent the possibility of damage.

                           7.  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  For payment we accept International Money 
                                Orders or funds wired via Western Union (in US Dollars). 
                                Purchaser is responsible for paying any Brokerage fees or duties required by their country 
                                on receiving merchandise shipped from the US.
                                Unfortunatly, due to increasing problems with customs etc., this service has been suspended. 

                            8.  RETURNS:  All Sales are Final.  Be sure and review the photos carefully and e-mail questions.
                                                       However, if the buyer has a valid reason a return can be arranged within 7 days 
                                                       of purchase for a full refund providing the buyer pays the return shipping charge 
                                                       and the specimen is received undamaged.  We want all of our customers to
                                                       be satisfied with their purchase.
