Payment Questions

Q: How can I pay for items?
A: You can pay securely online using your credit card and PayPal; you may also send a money order through the mail, or via an online money order service (such as MoneyMover.com). If shopping in person, you may pay with a money order or cash.

Q: What if I purchased this as a gift and it doesn't fit?
A: We'll be glad to size or exchange an item if it doesn't fit, whether you purchased it as a gift or for yourself. Email us within 7 days of receipt of your item and let us know. We'll work with you to make sure your item is just right! If you need an item sized larger, there will be an additional charge for materials.

Q: Where can I find Emory Alan Designs merchandise?
A: Order directly from us, online, or look for us at select artisan only shows throughout the year. Each purchase comes fully guaranteed. See our guarantee info for complete details. I hope you enjoy these jewelry pieces as much as I have enjoyed making them for you. Each is one of a kind and hand crafted with careful attention to detail.   

Guarantee Policy

Q: What is your satisfaction guaranteed policy?
A: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for 14 days from date of receipt or I will gladly work with you to make sure you are delighted with your new jewelry purchase or to arrange an exchange. We do not offer cash refunds. Feel free to contact me at sales@emoryalan.com with any questions or special requests.

Custom Designs & Repair Work Questions

Q: Do you do special orders and custom designs?
A: If you are interested in a custom designed piece, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to discuss this with you. Commissioned pieces are accepted on a limited basis. A non refundable deposit,equal to approximately 50% of the final cost, is due before work is started on a custom designed piece. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your item but is not refundable should you be unable to complete your purchase. Sizing on items purchased from Emory Alan Designs are minimal and can be quoted for you prior to purchase. Sizing on items not purchased from Emory Alan are based on the fees listed below under "repairs."

Q: Can you repair or restring jewelry I already own?
A: For items not purchased at Emory Alan Designs, I will be happy to review your item and discuss the option of a repair with you. These are done on a limited and case by case basis. Fees are as follows:

Restringing: $25/hr - 1 hour minimum + any material costs
Add charm - $25/hr - 1/2 hour minimum + any material costs
Change clasp - $25/hr - 1 hour minimum + any material costs
Restring pearls - $30/hr - 1 hour minimum + any material costs
