The Honda lawn mower front end mount was reinforced with steel backing,
and the steering column was moved in front of the axle before completion.
Cut outs were made in the plywood base to allow for wheel clearance.
The batteries mount where the steering column is in this picture.
On the typical golf cart there is leaf spring suspension between frame
and front axle. This will probably be incorporated in the future.
