| Shingles |
 |
The
pressure washing wand does a great job on composition shingles. The water
pressure is carefully regulated so that the mildew is removed but not the
granules on the shingle surface. Note the contrast between the mildewed area and the cleaned area. And this much difference for a brown roof. Imagine the change for a white roof ! |

| Mildew is not the only unwanted coating that can appear in shingles. Lichen can be a problem as well. |

| Gutters |
| Here in Texas, your gutters can get quite a lot of leaves left in them and sticks stuck in them. Cleaning them out can be an aggravation, especially when sharp metal in them can cut your hand. |  |
