ARCHITECTURE:
The architecture and interior design firm of Bethany Ramey, AIA, favors
timeless, budget-conscious projects designed with an eye not on the
latest architectural trend, nor a signature style, but on the special
needs of clients and the community at large.
Projects include planning and design for churches, libraries, medical and educational facilities, museum and gallery spaces, professional offices and interiors, and custom residences.
Keenly aware of environmental issues, we believe that an important underlying principle of design is to create buildings that enhance health and our long-term well-being.
INTERIORS AND SPACE PLANNING:
As a facilitator to owners, leasing brokers, and prospective tenants,
we provide the communications skills, accuracy, design skills, and
attention to detail required to establish long-term happy relationships.
We document space inventories of planned and existing furniture, fixtures and equipment and for their data/electrical requirements. Our measurements adhere rigorously to the BOMA guidelines that take into account common areas for both floors for calculation of the rentable square footage. We take measurements of all existing conditions carefully and verify them against AutoCAD floor plans of the shell building.
Working closely with the client to fully understand office organizational structure and functional procedures allows us to create solutions that accommodate.
