Historical Marker

            The Texas Historical Commission has approved a Texas Historical Marker to be placed at Beaukiss, Texas commemorating and recognizing Post Oak Island Lodge No. 181 for 150 years of fraternal and dedicated service to the communities of Post Oak Island, Sam Smith Springs and Beaukiss. This historical event is open to the public.

            The Historical Marker will be unveiled at the Beaukiss World Fair on May 12, 2007 at approximately 11:30 AM.
